When glass is shown at her feet, she is wearing stockings

Seconds later, she’s wearing her lace-up shoes as she checks the door. Based on what happens later in the party, there are several continuity issues that may not be "bugs" but may actually be intentional to show "interruptions" In the mind/mind of Roze Kotter.
'Smile' isn’t it
Monstrosity: Because your mind is so inviting. Paramount’s opening and closing logos feature a curved line in the shape of a smile at the foot of a mountain. Featured in Chris Stuckman’s Film Reviews: Smile (2022). LollipopWritten by Beverly Ross & Julius Dixon Performed by The Chordettes. I was pretty excited about this movie, not going to lie. I wasn’t expecting an 11-time Oscar masterpiece, but I was expecting an intense, edge-of-your-seat horror like Insidious; or “Sinister,” where the film oozes with creepy suspense from beginning to end.
This is NOT scaremongering!
What a 'Smile' jump scares are good, but unfortunately (and more importantly) 'Smile' forget to convey the scandal in each of these sequences, it repeats itself all the way through LOUD’s 2-hour runtime. It’s just plain lazy and above all, annoying. This "jump scare" happens throughout the ENTIRE movie and is extremely unpleasant. I can respect jump scares if there’s actually something scary at the end of the build-up and not just an obnoxiously loud noise that has nothing to do with the tension you’ve just expended. An example of an ACTUAL jump scare would be when the Lipstick Demon first appears at the table in ‘Insidious’. THAT is a valid scare.
The score of this movie was the best and most horrifying part
The plot of the film “Smile”; and the way the characters unravel it is almost identical to 'The Ring'. No new ground has been broken, which was expected, but I was at least expecting a little more originality than the copy/paste story of 'The Ring' with a large amount of 'It follows' also copied, however it is much less than both of these films. I thought the ending was pretty good when the demon finally reveals itself. The design of the demon and what it does to its victims is actually pretty awesome/terrible. Unfortunately, by the time we’re introduced to the Smile demon, the movie is over. Such a shame because this movie could have been a balls to the wall nail polish.
Overall, this movie has been done before and done MUCH better
The music reminded me of “Sinister” because there was something unusual about it that made it unsettling. There are moments, but it drags on too long without fear.6/10.
