The nonsensical plot gives no explanation of who Art the Clown is, nor how he was resurrected, nor why he is a serial killer. It is intended for viewers who like macabre, brutal and brutal killings without any explanation. In the middle of the end credits there is one last nasty scene indicating that there will be another sequel.
